FREEBIES
Thank you for using photos, scrapkits, apophysis or renders made by Beth Turner.
Please read the following Terms of Use that may apply to the specific item(s) that you are using in your creations.
Photos, scrapkits, apophysis and renders will be termed "Shares" throughout my Terms of Use
Anyone who has downloaded my "Shares" will be termed "User" throughout my Terms of Use
General Permission is granted for using my photos, scrapkits, apophysis or renders for personal non-profit use only.
Groups or individuals do not need to email me for permission to use any of my "Shares" in their groups, tags, websets, or alike.
Once you have downloaded a zip file you are agreeing to the terms set forth below.
User may.....
-colorize, resize, animate any of my "Shares"
-use my "Shares" in tutorials, providing you link my blog in your supplies section
-use ONLY my gray scale items to add to your own scrapkits as long as they are modified from the original color and providing you give me credit in your Read Me file.
User may NOT.....
-upload my "Shares" to any file sharing site or share individual pieces
-claim any of my "Shares" as your own
-tube my photos unless the User writes to me first for permission at nictrey@ptd.net
-add any of my "Shares" to your own scrapkits except for the gray scale items that I provide
-make any profit off of any of my "Shares"
Credit MUST be given if using my photos/renders/apophysis except for in cases where they are being used with Licensed Art.
Please read the individual Licensed Art TOU's for how they would want the credit to be.
Credit should appear as follows:

--for Renders-- Render©BethTurner www.builtbybeth.blogspot.com
At no time can any "User" make monetary gain from any of my "Shares".
They are for Non-Profit, Personal Use only
